-Eight hours of coordination on your Wedding Day - Based on a 4 to 5 hour event time including ceremony. I arrive approximately 2 hours before your ceremony starts, or when we decide in planning. I stay one hour after your departure to ensure personal item return and oversee vendor breakdown.
-Set-up Assistance - On your wedding day, of personal items and details including favors, cake topper, server set, champagne flutes, guest book, card box, signs, pictures, programs, menus, table numbers, Mr. & Mrs. signs and more. Before rehearsal, you will transfer all these items to me and my vehicle, or the venue if allowed, so I can have them upon my arrival the day of the wedding.
-First Planning Call - The Initial Planning Meeting is scheduled about 90-30 days (or sooner) before your wedding date. (about 1-1.5 hours)
-Second Planning Call -The Second Planning Meeting is scheduled about 30 - 10 days before your wedding date. We go over everything (and I mean everything) from the Initial Planning meeting, make all updates, timeline changes, and corrections as needed. (about 45 min - 1.5 hours)
-Custom Wedding Day Timeline- Covers from the moment of guest arrival, through the ceremony, bar opening, cocktail hour, introduction, first dance, father daughter dance, mother son dance, dinner service, toasts, cake cutting, send off, departure and vendor clean up.
-Cue All - ceremony and event elements listed above. Ensure a natural flow for the evening so all elements have a seamless transition.
-Text and Email Support -Text or email me anytime from the day of hire, I am always available to you as a resource.
-Phone Support - On any topic, questions, or concerns related to your wedding, vendors, or details. Email or text anytime to set up a call appointment at no additional cost.
-Rehearsal -With family and bridal party at the venue or any location of your choosing. We go through the elements of the ceremony including processional, the giving away, veil reveal and train adjustment, passing of the bouquet, rings, vows, readers, singers, unity element and recessional or all that apply. This is also when we transfer any personal items such as the guest book, favors, signs, unity candle, seating chart, place cards, personal decor, photo booth props, sparklers, pictures and more so I can set them out for you the next day! (1 hour total including transfer of personal items) Personals are transferred before the rehearsal)
-Vendor Confirmation - I call all your vendors at the beginning of your wedding week to confirm their arrival time.
-Wedding Day Emergency Kit - contains back-up items sometimes forgotten such as scissors, safety pins, tape, nail polish, tissues, static guard, super glue, reserved seating signs and SO SO much more.
-Liaison - For immediate family, bridal party, Band or DJ, florist, officiant, cake delivery, tent or stage set up, transportation or shuttle, and all other vendors.
-Collect all personal items - Ensure proper return to contact person or family. I repack everything you gave me prior to rehearsal and review all items with your contact person. Your gifts, cards, cake topper, leftover favors and florals will also go with this person.
